CHARLES BURTON

Charles Edward Burton, Jr., was born on July
27, 1972, in Warrenton, North Carolina. He was born to Charles Edward Burton, Sr., and Joyce Williams. He attended Warren County High School and later enlisted in the United States Army. He left the Army in 1995, and later moved to Arlington, Texas, looking for new opportunities.

While traveling for work in Allentown, Pennsylvania, he met the love of his life, Ingrid Del Orbe, whom he had his first son with, Charles Edmund Burton, III. In 2006, he moved Ingrid and her two older kids, along with their newborn, to Arlington with him. Taking care of the family wasn’t an easy task, but he did it without complaining. In 2007, he had another newborn named Chantal. In 2008, he began working with AAA Cooper. That same year, Ingrid gave birth to their second baby girl, Kendra. Finally, the last one was in 2010, when Samera was brought into the world.

One of his favorite things to do on his off time was to go golfing with a couple of friends. He was also part of a bowling league, where he would go play every now and then. Finally, to top it off, he loved to sit on the couch with a Bud Light watching all the football games on Sundays.

He was preceded in death by was his father, Charles Edward Burton, Sr. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Ingrid; his children, Luis, Steven, Aalyhah, Charles III, Chantal, Kendra and Samera; his mother, Joyce Williams; siblings, Toya, Tafarrah, Reginald and Twan; and a host of other relatives and friends.

His last job before his passing was with Red River, who have helped a lot throughout this long process.
