RODRICK ARMSTRONG

Rodrick L. Armstrong Sr. was born to the parentage of Vivian K. Armstrong and Bernard Jones on August 26, 1979 at Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop, LA.

Rodrick, affectionately known by his family and friends as “Poo” had a strong love for his family, friends and his X-Box!!!! He followed his aspirations to become successful in the real estate market by becoming CEO of Investafirm Real Estate.

Roderick continued to co-parent his children with their mother, Sydell Jones until his death. He loved his children with everything in him and was devoted to their success in life. Rodrick was a respectable and loving father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.  He never met a stranger.

Rodrick is proceeded in death by his beloved sister, Tarsha Armstrong.  He is survived by his loving mother, Vivian Armstrong of Dallas, TX; children, Rodrick Armstrong Jr. (PJ) and Savannah Armstrong; brothers, Donald (Sharmeka) Armstrong of Mesquite, Texas, Clemente (Nikki) Armstrong of Rockwall, TX and Derrick Jones of Destin Florida;  a special uncle (big brother), Derrick Armstrong; sisters,  LaTonya Burrell, Tamika Haynes and Natoya Haynes of Bastrop, LA, Lakesha Jones of Baton Rouge, LA, Danetra Jones of Destin, Florida;  special cousins, Roy Armstrong, Jr. (Teddy), Angela (Bernard) Moore of Irving, TX, LaTeechia Armstrong of Bastrop, LA, Eric Key of Bastrop, LA  and Vince Key of Bastrop, LA; and a host of relatives including aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews that have been deeply affected by his lost.
