ALICE CHRISTINE EGGERS
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Alice Christine Eggers, born on August 13, 1964, who departed this life on June 28, 2025. Alice was a vibrant and beloved figure, whose enthusiasm for life left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Alice was not just a person; she was a force of nature, radiating energy and joy wherever she went. A die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, she never hesitated to cheer passionately for her team, embodying the spirit of true fandom. Her outspoken personality and confidence made her a natural leader in any social setting. As the life of the party, she ensured that everyone around her felt welcomed and celebrated.
Her greatest joy came from her family. Alice was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren, showering them with love and affection that only a grandmother can provide. Alice’s unconditional support and unwavering dedication to her loved ones created bonds that will endure beyond her passing.
Alice's legacy will be honored in a funeral service to be held on July 10, 2025, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1636 North Masters Drive in Dallas, Texas. The service is scheduled to start at 11:00 AM, with a burial to follow at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery. In an extraordinary twist of fate, Alice departed this life just one day before her soulmate and husband, Mitchell Eggers. They will be celebrated together in a joint homegoing service, reflecting the deep love they shared throughout their lives.
Alice Christine Eggers will be remembered not only for her spirited personality but also for the love and laughter she brought into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. As we gather to celebrate her life, we find comfort in the memories shared and the love that will forever resonate within our hearts.
