ALVIN NAPIER LOCKE JR

Alvin embarked on his educational journey through Lincoln Elementary, Capitol Hill Middle School, and Southeast High School. His passion for music and dance brought happiness not only to himself but also to everyone lucky enough to witness his talents.

Throughout his life, Alvin remained grounded and deeply connected to his roots. His bond with his mother Bennie Ruth Gates Clark and his bond with his baby sister Kandice, was unwavering. Alvin Jr's brothers, Alton D. Locke and Tony Locke stood by him as pillars of strength through joyous moments and trying times.

As much as Alvin cherished the memories of those who came before him, he also treasured the relationships he built with surviving family members and friends who helped along the way. His siblings Sylvia Locke, Sonya Locke, Dionne Watkins and Kandice Locke stood beside him as companions on life's journey. In addition to them, Alvin leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will forever cherish the moments they shared together.
