A graduate of Adamson High School, she turned her zest for life into a fulfilling career at Subway, where her kind-hearted nature and radiant smile brought comfort to all who crossed her path. She was known for her unwavering support, always ready to uplift her friends and family, reminding them that they were not alone on their journeys.

The small joys of life brought Amy immense happiness. She found delight in watching wrestling and her favorite soap opera, "La Vida Que Me Robó." A lover of puzzles, crossword challenges, and the therapeutic strokes of adult coloring, she engaged her mind in ways that brought her peace and happiness. Amy is survived by her beloved daughter, Jessica Gutierrez; her son, Miguel Gutierrez; her father, Joe Gutierrez; and her sister, Joann Gutierrez. Together, they not only mourn her loss but also celebrate the light she was and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
