Anita Patterson

Anita was born in Los Angeles, California to the loving relationship of Ina Hutchinson and Esrick Patterson.

She attended schools in the Arlington Independent School District.

At an early age, she developed a keen interest in Mortuary Science. She received training and worked with various funeral homes in the DFW area. Her last employer was Golden Gate Funeral Home as a Crematory Operator. She took her responsibilities serious and counted it a blessing to be able to honor the deceased and their families.

Anita loved her blended family of Hutchinson-Patterson-Wilson. After the death of her parents Richard and Ina Wilson, she was left in the care and parental guidance of her aunt and uncle Jackie and Riley Holloway.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her precious daughter Jordan; her father Esrick Patterson and Evelyn Markham; 8 brothers, Christopher, Emmanuel, Jamal, Aidan, Austin, Cedric, Damion & Eric; 4 sisters Haylie, Simone, Takayla & Tierra; 1 sister-in-law Brandi; 2 nephews Emmanuel & Kingston; 1 niece Bailey; her grandparents Michael & Betty Wafford; uncles Darrell Hutchinson (Renada), Oscar Rey Hutchinson (deceased), Michael Fields (Chatoney) & Wilvon Wilson; aunts Olivia Davis (deceased), Geneice Geiger, Sheila Jenkins (William), Tanya Owens (Doug), Mary Williams (D.J.) & Makeda Wafford.

Anita will be remembered by her sweet smile, cool demeanor and her ability to persevere. A young woman who had faith & truly loved the Lord!
