BEVERLY KAY LLOYD

With profound respect and deep admiration for a life well-lived, we remember BEVERLY KAY LLOYD, who passed away on August 4, 2026, in her beloved hometown of Dallas, Texas. Born on November 29, 1957, also in Dallas, Beverly’s journey began and ended surrounded by the city and community she held close to her heart.

Throughout her years, Beverly embodied the warmth and resilience that so often define those whose roots remain strong in one place. Her steadfast presence and unwavering commitment to friends, family, and her community inspired those who knew her. She was very involved with her church Family at Bethany MBC - Dallas. She helped organize Women's Shopping Trips, she was Sunday School Teacher and over the hospitality committee. Beverly also served at Service of Hope, where she helped guide families with needed assistance.  There is no doubt that Beverly’s life touched many and that her memory will live on in the enduring bonds she forged.

Beverly's career spanned many years as an Accounts Payable Clerk at a Dairy Company and South Dallas Cafe.

The Dallas community will honor Beverly Kay Lloyd with a series of services, beginning with a viewing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Freeway. Family, friends, and all who wish to pay their respects are welcome to attend and remember Beverly in the spirit of friendship and gratitude.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Bethany Missionary Baptist Church, 6710 Webster Street, Dallas, TX 75209. This gathering will be an opportunity for those touched by Beverly’s kindness and generosity to share heartfelt memories and celebrate the indelible mark she left on their lives.

Following the Celebration of Life, Beverly will be laid to rest at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, 1311 Murdock Road, Dallas, TX 75217.

As we say goodbye, we do so with reverence for Beverly Kay Lloyd’s life and the legacy she leaves behind. Her memory will remain cherished by all who came to know her, a testament to a lifetime grounded in love, dignity, and the enduring strength of community.
