He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Mary Rangel; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Frank Rangel, Bobby & Destiny Rangel, Isaiah Rangel, and Matthew & Monica Rangel; six grandchildren, Emmanuel, Jayden, Isaiah, Roman, Jesse, and Aviannii Rangel, parents, Manuel & Florine Rangel; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ramon & Mary Meza; sister, Dolores O’Neil; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws, Johnny & Sonia Martinez, Robert & Shannon Martinez; nieces and nephews.

Bobby lived devoted to his family, with great pride as a husband, father, and grandfather. He will be remembered for his tireless strength, love, and dedication to his family.
