BRANDON CARAWAY

Brandon Ladale Caraway was born October 3, 1984 to the parentage of Jerry L. Washington and Debbie L. Caraway in Dallas, TX. He was the baby of the family, attending Daniel Webster Elementary School in his early years, then graduating from South Grand Prairie High School in Grand Prairie. He also attended Kilgore Junior College after high school.

Brandon accepted Christ at an early age at Antioch Christian Church. Later in life, he connected with God through the Missionary Baptist denomination. Brandon occasionally sang at his family church, Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, with his father and grandfather.

 Brandon last worked in the global logistics industry with DB Schenker. He was also skilled in carpentry, which was lovingly passed down from his father and grandfather. Brandon was known to be the life of the party and protective of those he loved. In his spare time, Brandon LOVED to have fun. He was known to crack jokes, and play with the youth of the family and he was definitely going to dance. Brandon always wanted the people around him to be happy and laughing and he had a way of looking at situations that could shift your perspective. Brandon loved hard and lived life on his own terms. His life is a powerful testament to what it means to be faithful, loyal, and loving.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Washington; grandparents, Jo Nell and Joe Washington, Anetta Caraway, Ross Session; sister-cousin, Rheanisha Clark; and fiancée, Vivian Isedeh.

He leaves to cherish his memories: mother & bonus father, Debbie and Bobby Harris; bonus mom, Paula Washington; sisters, Tandy Caraway and Kishea Harris; brothers, Marcus Mack, Paul Mack, Bryson Mack (Theresa), Roman Mack, Dominique Harris; aunt, Jannifer Washington-Griffin (Howard); uncles, Joseph Washington, Jeffrey Caraway; and a host of nieces and nephews, great aunts and uncles, relatives and friends.
