Ms. Brenda Rene Milburn of Dallas, Texas passed away February 1st, 2021. She was born December 30, 1965 in Dallas, Texas to the late Moses and Ruby Milburn.
She graduated from Business Magnet in downtown Dallas, Texas. She attended Brown Mackie College and received her paralegal certificate. She met Othel Stimpson in 1999 (I LOVE YOU AND WILL MISS YOU!)
She accepted Christ at an early age, she has been a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Lloyd B. Hall III for about 20 years. She always loved and was moved by the amazing women retreats hosted by the first lady, Stephanie Hall, who she honored.
Brenda has worked as an essential worker in the healthcare field for the past 37 years. She was currently employed with Texas Health Resources/Presbyterian Hospital as a Unit Secretary for about 27 years. She worked as a Nurse Aide at Baylor University Medical Center and Parkland hospital prior to her current employment. Brenda truly loved serving the patients, her co-workers and her family (she enjoyed picking up her niece Bailee from school, they always had tons of fun). She enjoyed fishing, watching movies, spending time with her grand-kids and WESTERNS and ROCKY were her favorite.
She preceded in death her parents Moses and Ruby Milburn; 2 brothers, Andrew Milburn (sis in-law Felecia) and Michael Milburn.
She leaves to cherish her memories; her 2 sons, Brian Milburn (Jessica) and Anthony “Pooh” Flemmons; her love Othel Stimpson of almost 22 years; brothers, Moses Milburn (Debra), Larry Milburn Sr. (Demetrice); sister in-law Karenda Milburn (Michael); 3 grandkids, Angel, Xavier and Hannah Johnson; 1 great-grandchild, Darius Johnson; best-friend, Nicole Locke, also a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family.
