Celvin Christopher Orr

 Celvin Christopher Orr was born on December 28, 1999, in San Diego, CA to the parentage of Larry Orr Jr and Shenae N Lewis.

Celvin was the oldest brother to Jaylen T Orr and Markies T Lowery. Celvin C Orr was also the older brother to 4 younger sisters.

 

Celvin attended public school in the San Diego, CA School District, where he graduated form San Ysidro High School in 2018. From the age of 15 to 18, Celvin qualified and worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for special needs adolescents. After completing high school Celvin briefly enlisted with the U.S. Army. Celvin’s next chapter in life was a move to Dallas, Texas with his father. During this time in Texas, Celvin, who always had a no fear attitude went on a solo journey overseas. This journey which lasted a total of six months allotted him an opportunity to spend time in Italy, with byways including Russia and New York.  

 

As Celvin continued his journey on a quest to find his passion in life. He continuously expressed a desire to become an Emergency Medical Technician.  Celvin moved to Orlando, Fl with his great Uncle, Edward Bowles. During his time in Florida, Celvin, with ambition and determination, received his National and State Certifications as a Certified EMT.  During the 24 years that Celvin graced this Earth, he was a gentle and loving soul, always willing to help others.  Celvin enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. There was always an abundance of jokes and laughter in his presence. Even at Celvin’s young age, he was a loving and kind person and impacted countless people with his bright smile giving heart.  

 

Celvin leaves to cherish his memory: his loving father, Larry Orr Jr.; mother, Shenae N. Lewis; brothers, Jaylen T. Orr, Markies T. Lowery, and his 4 younger sisters; grandparents, Cecile and Larry Orr Sr.; grandmother, Constance Turner; Step-mother, Christie L. Orr; aunt, Tina E. Orr; uncle, Tony L. Orr Sr.; cousins, Dyllane M. Goodman, Michael E. Smith, and Delonte T. West and numerous cousins, great-aunts, and great-uncles, with special mention of great-uncle, Edward Bowles, Sr., and other relatives and friends who loved Celvin.
