Charles “Bug” Lee Carr Jr. was born on November 30, 1968 in Fort Worth, Texas to Charles L. Carr Sr. and Sondra E. Pope. Charles departed from us May 4, 2021. He had a passion for working on cars. He was always in the business of helping others. He would always be the life of the party and bring humor to any situation. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sondra Pope, and his two sons Charles Carr and Damion Carr.
