Charles also embraced the role of grandfather, to Rylan Brown , celebrating the joys of family and the sweetness of new generations.
A title examiner by profession, Charles approached every task with the same unwavering dedication he showed to his family. His career reflected the passion and loyalty that defined him—qualities that endeared him to many throughout his life. Educated at The Colony High School in 1997, his early years laid the foundation for a life rich in purpose, commitment, and determination.
Charles was often seen as a god-fearing man—a provider and protector who thrived in the warmth of familial bonds. His smile and heartfelt hugs brought comfort to those fortunate to bask in his affection, a testament to a man who truly understood the meaning of love.
