Charles Fredrick Wingo was born to Edward Wingo Sr. and Serena Leola (Brame) Wingo.
Charles Fredrick Wingo has four siblings: Avalee Clarice Edwards, Edward Wingo Jr., Shirley Jean Wingo, and Mary Frances Peters (deceased); and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
Charles leaves behind his daughter, Clara Slaughter, and three grandchildren Shaun, Ladarius, and Precious.
