With hearts heavy yet grateful for the gift of her life, we gather to cherish the memory of Cheryl Lashell Amos, who left this world on July 18, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on January 3, 1965, Cheryl graced every space she entered—offering kindness, understanding, and warmth to all fortunate enough to know her.
Cheryl grew into a woman defined by her gentle strength, unwavering compassion, and the quiet joy she found in life’s daily blessings. Her laughter was contagious, her encouragement sincere, and her presence a constant source of comfort for friends, family, and community alike.
Though words can hardly capture the depth of what Cheryl brought into this world, those who knew her will remember the countless ways she brightened ordinary days. Her ability to listen deeply and to love without reservation left an imprint on the hearts around her. She was a beacon of hope through life’s challenges and a joyful spirit in times of celebration.
As we say goodbye, we take solace in the many memories we share with Cheryl—the conversations, the embraces, the lasting lessons she imparted by example. We are forever changed for having known her.
