His proudest accomplishments revolved around being a security guard, where he genuinely thrived in helping others.
Deeply passionate about life, Chester enjoyed the tranquility of fishing, the camaraderie of bowling, and the thrill of hunting—activities that brought him joy and nurtured his connections with family and friends. His lighthearted spirit and infectious laughter will be sorely missed, echoing through the cherished memories he leaves behind.
He is survived by his beloved brother, Willearl Riley, and his four adoring children: Letesha (Darrell) Gossett, Valerie (Robert) Walton, Chalester Riley, and Keon Riley. Chester took great pride in his role as a father and grandfather to his eight grandchildren, nurturing bonds that forged a strong family legacy. He was also blessed to have a close relationship with his godmother, Olivia Loud, along with a host of relatives and friends who admired him.
Chester is preceded in death by his loving mother, Carrie, father, Arthur, brother, Willie, and sister, Annette. Their collective spirits now watch over him, joining in the love and warmth that Chester imparted during his time on Earth.
