On January 30th, 1986 the world was introduced to a bouncing baby boy, Christopher Lamont Minter, born to the parents of Earnest Hall and the late Alysia Minter- Jernigan. Christopher transitioned to eternal life on November 4th, 2025.
Christopher attended school in the Dallas Independent School district and was an alumni of H. Grady Spruce High School.
Early in life, Christopher accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal savior. His spiritual journey continued to grow and strengthen as he acknowledged that GOD was the head of his life and that all blessings came from him.
In 2010 he met Valencia Minter and married in holy matrimony on February 14th, 2012.
Christopher was a jack of all trades and really did anything he put his mind to. He’s worked in various warehouses and was a forklift operator at D. B Schenker in Wilmer Tx and was a dedicated and hard worker.
Christopher was preceded in death by his mom Alysia Minter-Jernigan, both of his grandparents Norma Marsh and Minnie Rose-Armstrong, his uncle Danny Sterling, his brother Emory Clewis and two of his baby girls Zikeria Searcy-Minter and Nevaeh Minter.
He leaves to cherish: his wife of 13 years Valencia Minter; his one and only son Christopher Minter Jr.; his three daughters Mikyvia Searcy-Minter, De’Zyria Minter, and Cassidy Minter; father, Earnest Hall; brothers, Norman Minter, Sylvester Minter (Uthesiea), Lakendrick Minter, Eric Harris, Christopher Hall, Steven Hall, Darius Hall, and Jamie Lusk; sisters, D’Ijana Hall and Shatyria Hall.
Christopher is also survived by his aunt, Carolyn Edwards who had a helping hand in raising him that he loved and cherished with all of his heart and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who will miss him dearly.
