CLARA SUE JACKSON

Clara Sue Abrams was born January 25, 1951 to LaRue Abrams and Richard Turner Abrams. She was raised with her siblings LaRue Jr. (Liz), James (Bernice), Janice, JoAnne (Marion), Jacqueline (James), Ruthie (Johnny), Carl and Carolyn (Kenenth).

Clara accepted Christ at a very early age. She began her fellowship at Reagan Chapel under the leadership of the late Rev. George Reagan. She soon relocated to Original Mt. Sinia under the leadership of Rev. Billy Carslile. She pressed on the Demascus Missionary under the Rev. Terry Masters. In her final resting, she was fellowshipping with New Millenium Fellowship under Bishop Slaughter.

Clara progressed her life through parenthood when she had Hellen Traylor, Jimmy Thomas, leaving her with 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She began matrimony with the late Jimmie Thomas, Sr. on August 26, 1994, and proceeded with the late Bozy Jackson April 28, 1997. Clara graduated with South Oak Cliff Class of 69 and kept in contact with a host of her school friends. She retired from Dallas Morning News where her friends and family fellowship continued to grow. “She was a Stern Machine Operator”.
