CONNIE LUCIUS

Connie Lucius, a beloved member of the Dallas community, has passed away at the age of 63. She will be remembered as a dedicated business owner, skilled hairstylist, nail technician, and medical assistant.

Born on June 18, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, Connie's vibrant spirit and larger-than-life personality touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She attended Spruce High School and had a passion for beauty that led her to pursue further education in cosmetology. Connie's natural talent and creativity allowed her to excel in her career and become a trusted professional in the industry.

Aside from her thriving career, Connie had a wide range of interests that brought joy to her life. She had an undeniable talent for candle making which allowed her to express her artistic side. Dancing was another one of Connie's passions; she effortlessly moved to the rhythm, captivating anyone fortunate enough to witness her grace on the dance floor. In addition to dancing, she enjoyed spending time at local casinos, feeling the adrenaline rush as she played various games.

Connie will forever be remembered as the life of every party she attended. Her infectious laughter and quick wit brought laughter and happiness to those around her. She possessed an incredible ability to make others feel welcomed and cherished with her genuine warmth and kindness.

Family meant everything to Connie, and she took immense pride in being a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her unconditional love extended beyond bloodlines; she adopted countless friends as honorary family members, showering them with affection and guidance whenever they needed it most. The legacy of Connie will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

To celebrate the remarkable life of this extraordinary woman, a viewing will take place on February 25th, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home and a Crematory, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. A celebration of life will follow on February 26th, 2024 from 1:00 PM  at the same location.

Connie Lucius's departure is a loss felt deeply by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May her memory continue to inspire us to live life with passion, humor, and an unwavering commitment to our loved ones.
