CRAIG KINTE HUGHES, born on October 27, 1977, left this world on January 20, 2026, leaving a legacy of love, mentorship, and an indomitable spirit that touched the lives of all who knew him. Craig was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, mentor, and friend, embodying a deep affection for his family and friends.

Known for his passionate personality, Craig was someone who never met a stranger. His warmth and engaging nature made him not just a beloved family member, but also a respected figure in the community. He dedicated countless hours to coaching basketball for AAU select teams, using his experience and enthusiasm to inspire young athletes.

A proud fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Craig's spirited support of his team was indicative of the larger passions he embraced in life. His love for the game, like his love for his family, was unwavering and deeply ingrained in who he was.

Craig’s memorial service will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224, on January 31, 2026. The service will begin at 5:00 PM, with guests invited to join in honoring the life and memory of this remarkable man.
