A man guided by his deep faith in God, Curtis was a steadfast and devoted member of Alpha Omega Ministries. His contributions as a Senior Deacon and Board Member were defined by encouragement and service, leading by example and providing steady support to his church community. Family was central to Curtis’s life. He carried many cherished roles: a devoted father, a loving grandfather, a proud great-grandfather, a supportive brother, an encouraging uncle, and a caring cousin. To his friends, Curtis was a loyal companion—always someone you could count on, generous with his warmth and kindness. The scope of his love extended across generations and friendships, creating a legacy built on faith, guidance, patience, and affection.
Curtis also found great joy in simple pleasures. He delighted in casting a line while fishing, nurturing vibrant gardens, and bringing family and friends together as he prepared favorite recipes in the kitchen. His meals were seasoned not just with skill, but with love. Quiet and reflective by nature, Curtis also held a deep curiosity for the world, relishing travel and the experiences it brought. Those closest to him will always remember his unwavering presence, the loyalty of his friendships, and the meaningful ways in which he dedicated his time—whether sharing a story, tending his garden, preparing a meal, or lending a helping hand at church.
His legacy of faith, diligence, and serenity lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to share in his journey.
