DAKENDRICK NEON TRAYLOR, lovingly remembered for his warm spirit and unwavering dedication to serving his community, passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 35. Born on September 14, 1990, Dakendrick's life was one marked by a deep commitment to family and a passion for public service.

For five years, Dakendrick served as a Deputy Sheriff for Dallas County, where he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues and the community he protected. His career in law enforcement was characterized by his caring nature and a genuine desire to help those around him. Known for being a loving, happy, and family-oriented individual, Dakendrick undoubtedly made a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A Prayer Service honoring Dakendrick will be held on December 19, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home - Allene Chapel located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. Everyone is welcome to attend and share in the memories of a life so deeply cherished.

Following the Prayer Service, friends and family will have the opportunity to pay their respects during a Viewing on December 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.

Dakendrick's Funeral Service will take place on December 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Bexar St Baptist Church, located at 2018 South Marsalis Avenue, Dallas, TX 75216. This gathering will serve as a testament to his legacy and the love he spread throughout his life.
