He embraced life with an exuberance that was contagious, a true people person who made friends wherever he went. His demeanor radiated kindness, and his family often described him as a gift from God—a special child who brought joy to all around him.
In his professional life, Danyeal excelled as an entrepreneur, constantly pursuing his passions with enthusiasm and dedication. Beyond business, he had an extraordinary love for cooking, bringing people together through the delightful meals he prepared. His enthusiasm for barbecue was matched only by his love for classic cars, fishing, and hunting, pursuits that allowed him to connect with nature and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
Danyeal’s proudest accomplishments were his son, Danyeal Garrett II, and his two grandsons, Danyeal Garrett III and Dayln Garrett, who brought meaning and joy into his life. Family and friends can gather to celebrate Danyeal's life during a Prayer Service on September 20, 2024, at 6:00 PM, will take place at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas, followed by a Funeral Service on September 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Bexar Street Missionary Baptist Church, 2018 S. Marsalis Ave., Dallas, TX, 75253.
