It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Deshundra Denise Ridge, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend. Deshundra's vibrant spirit and infectious laughter filled every room she entered. She will forever be remembered for her loving nature, outgoing personality, caring heart, and goofy sense of humor.

Deshundra was born on September 9, 1978, and brought immense joy to her mother Donna Ridge and her entire family. From a young age, it was evident that Deshundra possessed a special ability to spread happiness wherever she went. Her laughter was like music to the ears of those who knew her best.

Deshundra's journey in life led her to work as a Food Service worker at Sonic. She took great pride in her work and always greeted customers with a warm smile and kind words. Her dedication to providing friendly service made her a favorite among both colleagues and patrons alike.

Outside of her career, Deshundra's proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren. They were the light of her life and brought immeasurable joy to her days. Her unwavering love and support for them knew no bounds. Deshundra's legacy will live on through the lives of Dewayne Taylor, Neiamiah Ridge, Keidrick Ridge, and Dajai Clemons - her sons and daughter who will forever cherish their memories with their beloved mother.

In addition to her children, Deshundra is survived by two adoring grandchildren whose lives were enriched by their involvement in hers. The love between grandmother and grandchildren was truly beautiful to witness.

Deshundra is preceded in death by her mother Donna Ridge, sister LaTesha Jackson, grandfather Curtis Ridge, grandmother Rosemary Ridge, aunt Pamela Ridge, and cousin/brother Christopher Ridge.

Friends and family are invited to attend the visitation service honoring Deshundra's life on January 12, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. This will be a time for loved ones to gather together to celebrate Deshundra's remarkable spirit and offer comfort to one another.

A funeral service in remembrance of Deshundra will be held on January 13, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM at CORNERSTONE B.C., situated at 1819 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75215. This will be an opportunity for family and friends to come together and pay their final respects as we bid farewell to a woman who touched so many lives.

Deshundra Denise Ridge has left an indelible mark on our hearts. As we mourn her untimely departure from our world, let us also celebrate the joy she brought to so many during her time with us. We will forever carry her memory in our hearts and cherish the laughter she brought into our lives.

May her soul find eternal peace.
