Detrice LaSha Pride

Detrice LaSha Pride, a beloved front desk manager for hotels, passed away on December 23, 2024, in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Born on June 25, 1972, Detrice was a bright light in the lives of those who knew her, recognized for her warm heart and vibrant personality.

A proud high school graduate, Detrice dedicated her career to providing exceptional hospitality and service, making her an integral part of the hotel community in Dallas. Her ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike exemplified her commitment to her profession and the joy she found in serving others.

Detrice’s legacy will be fondly remembered, and her impact on friends and family will endure.

A viewing will be held on January 3, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. Service will be Saturday January 4, 2025 at 12 noon at First Fellowship Community Baptist Church; followed by a burial service on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, also in Dallas.

Detrice LaSha Pride will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
