EMILY DELORES LACY

It is with deep respect and solemn remembrance that we announce the passing of Emily Delores Lacy, who left us on May 16, 2026. Born on March 12, 1944, Emily's life spanned over eight decades, during which she touched the lives of many with her presence.

To honor her memory and celebrate her legacy, a visitation will be held on June 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas, 75224. This gathering will offer friends, family, and acquaintances an opportunity to pay their respects and share in the collective remembrance of Emily’s life.

Following this, a Celebration of Life service will take place on June 6, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM at the same venue. This solemn occasion will allow those who knew Emily to reflect on her journey, cherish the memories they hold dear, and support one another in this time of loss.

The community and all who knew Emily are invited to attend both events to commemorate a life well-lived, remembering the grace and dignity with which she carried herself through the years. Emily Delores Lacy will be remembered fondly by many and her absence will be profoundly felt. May her soul rest peacefully.
