ERMA LEE JACKSON

Erma Lee Jackson was born to the late Elizabeth L. Wattles on Oct.,29, 1945 in Mckinney, Texas. She was a new born nurse at Presbyterian Hospital from 1980's to 1997., in Dallas where she remained faithful until her death. 

 

She leaves to mourn in her passing. Her daughters and sons Waynetta Ellis, Dewayne Ellis, Jeffery Jackson, and Carla Jackson. Six grandchildren. Shaniqua Cooper, Christopher Ellis, Frank Ellis, Latavier Garrett, Unique Donnell and Jordan Jackson. 13 great grandchildren Ashley Ellis, James Thornton Jr., Daneisha Thornton, Taneisha Thornton, Eunique Henderson, Jabari Ellis, Janyah Ellis, Christian Roni, Cameron Ackwood, Johnesen Garrett-Moss, Chance Davenport, Mia Davenport, and Mason Donnell and four great great grandchildren Mia Rain Thornton, Keanu Thornton, Ka-Mariah Marquez and Danny Ray Marquez Jr.

 

 

 

Lord Keep Me Going 

Lord keep me going for another day, and when this body languishes for rest, bring peaceful sleep throughout the quite hours, unmarried by worries and restlessness.

The Lord keep me going when my back becomes too sore to bare the burdens of it all, when visions dim, and every where I turn it seems I only bump into a wall. Lord keep me going when the way becomes evergrown with brambles and weeds. Turn not thy face away, I ask for naught save thy attend to my most meager needs and if sometimes I may be sad of heart, I beg at least, dear Lord keep it from showing. I do not ask to walk upon the waves, but for another day, Lord keep me going.
