FELICIA BLACKMAN

Felicia A. Ball Blackman was born April 5, 1965 to Preston C. Ball Sr. and Eddie P. Washington Ball, in Olathe, Kansas. Felicia attended A.M. Pate Elementary and graduated from Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School in Fort Worth, Tx. She also attended Tarrant County College for one year.

Felicia joined Greater St. Paul Church at an early age and in her adult life became a member of First Riverside Church where she was a very active member. It was there that she met her husband Rev. Billy Blackman. They married on February 4, 2012. Felicia worked at Walmart for 20 years before her health declined and she had to retire

She is preceded in death by her father, Preston C. Ball Sr. She leaves to cherish and love her Mother, Eddie P. Mitchell, brothers; Preston C. Ball Jr., Rodney Lee Ball and sister Takiyah Wortham along with a host of aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
