This will be followed by a funeral service at the same location, the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas-ALLENE, on July 8, 2026, at 11:00 am. Frank will be laid to rest at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at 2:00 pm that afternoon, where his memory will find a lasting home among the honored.
