HELEN MAYFIELD

Helen Mayfield was born April 19, 1938. She grew up in the city’s westside historic community, better known as Trezevant Hill. Helen attended Amanda McCoy Elementary, James E. Guinn and I.M. Terrell. She worked at T.C.U. College for many years. Early in life Helen accepted Christ and was baptized. She became a member of Pilgrim Valley Baptist Church. Helen loved to sing and loved to read her bible. She is preceded in death by her mother: Mary Frances Holland, brothers: Horace Holland, Charles Andrew Holland. Those left to cherish her memories: daughter: Tanya Mayfield, son: Dawon T. Mayfield, her loving grandchildren, two brothers: Robert Holland, Frank Holland with a host of relatives and friends who will cherish her memories .
