HELEN MURPHY

Helen Murphy was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on October 20, 1945 to the parentage of Earthaline Johnson, she was the 3rd of nine children. Helen loved the lord and was a FAITHFUL member of Puget Street Christian Church since September 10, 1978.

She was a seamstress in her early years and later retired after a long, dedicated career at Head Start of Greater Dallas.

Helen leaves precious memories to her one and only daughter, Youlonda Murphy (Byron), her grandchildren Brittany, Brandi, Kelvin, Kendal, Kortland, Landon, her treasured great grandchildren Janeia and Kayson, her beloved mother Earthaline, three sisters Marion (Jimmy), Jammie, and Charlie; and one brother Jesse (MaryAnn). She was preceded in death by her brothers L.D., Charlie, Lankford, and sister Ruthie. Helen was truly loved and will be greatly missed.
