HOWARD POPE

Howard Earl Pope was born November 24, 1939. He went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. He was born in Pittsburgh, Texas and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Howard attended I.M. Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas. Howard loved fashion and enjoyed making everyone laugh. Howard also worked and retired from W.A. Powers. He was also married to the love of his life, Darlene Pope, for 36 years.

Howard Pope was preceded in death by his parents Charlie Pope and Ivory Mae Johnson, his brother Robert Dunn Mitchell, and his son Malcolm Earl Pope.

Howard Pope leaves to cherish his memories to his loving wife Darlene Pope, 2 daughters Rita and Meaghan Pope (Brandon), 6 sons; Victor, Randy, Howard Jr., Marcello (Liliana), Marcus Pope, and SirDwain Washington (Dominique), his siblings Charlie Mae Pope (Bobby), Winston Johnson (Anna), Vernell Carter (Stedson), Terry Johnson (Cheryl), Horace Johnson (Beverly), Brenda Johnson, Diane Morris (Jerry), and Cynthia Johnson. Howard is also survived by a host of loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He Howard will be truly missed.
