Her determination shone brightly in one of her proudest accomplishments: earning her driver’s license. She worked tirelessly, not just to reach that goal but to transcend every challenge with quiet strength and devotion. Imari was also deeply committed to her education and future, proudly attending Dallas Community College with aspirations to serve others as a social worker—a testament to her compassionate heart and unwavering resolve to make a difference in the world.

Her presence was magnetic and lively; there was never a dull moment when Imari was near. Energetic and funny, yet deeply kind, she carried herself with a consistency that inspired those around her. Whether sharing a laugh or standing steadfast amidst life’s trials, Imari exemplified a spirit that was equal parts fierce and tender.

This vibrant soul left us too soon, departing from Dallas, Texas, where she made her mark on those fortunate enough to know her. A prayer service to honor Imari’s memory will be held on June 18, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Her funeral service will follow on June 19, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the same location—4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224.
