IRENE JOHNSON OLIVER

IRENE JOHNSON OLIVER, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, gracefully departed this life on April 20, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 72. Born on May 6, 1952, in Waxahachie, Texas, Irene's nurturing spirit and profound kindness left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to have crossed her path.

Irene was more than just a name; she was a vibrant soul whose sweet demeanor and generous heart were the hallmarks of her character. She found joy in the simple moments spent laughing and sharing stories with her family and friends. Blessed with an innate ability to connect with people, Irene thrived on conversations that could brighten anyone’s day. Her caring nature, especially towards those in need, made her a cherished figure in her community and beyond.

Her life was a beautiful testament to the power of love and compassion. Irene dedicated much of her time to helping others, offering a helping hand wherever she could. Her legacy of selflessness will continue to inspire those who were lucky enough to know her.

To honor Irene's memory, a Prayer Service will be held on May 2, 2025, at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth, Texas, starting at 7:00 PM and concluding at 8:00 PM. Her Funeral Service will take place the following day, May 3, 2025, at Holy Tabernacle COGIC, also in Fort Worth, beginning at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM.

Irene leaves behind a tapestry of memories woven together by love, laughter, and the countless lives she touched. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege to share their lives with her.
