JACQUELYN ROBIN HIGH

Jacquelyn Robin High, a beloved educator and cherished member of her community, passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on August 16, 1949, Jacquelyn was known for her sweet, caring, and loving nature, touching the lives of many throughout her years.

A dedicated educator for 35 years with the Dallas Independent School District, Jacquelyn's commitment to nurturing young minds was evident in every classroom she graced. Her influence extended far beyond textbooks; she instilled values of kindness, perseverance, and hard work in her students, many of whom remember her fondly to this day.

Jacquelyn was a devoted member of The Exciting Singing Hills Baptist Church, where she served as Deaconess and Sunday School teacher. Her faith played a significant role in her life, guiding her actions and inspiring those around her. A humble and God-fearing woman, she lived her life in service to others, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.

As a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, niece, aunt, cousin, and mother-in-law, Jacquelyn was the heart of her family. She took pride in spoiling her loved ones and creating a loving home filled with laughter and support. Her legacy of love and nurturing spirit will continue to resonate within her family.

Jacquelyn has reunited with her beloved husband and her sons, Walter High, Sr. and Walter High, Jr., in eternal life. Her warmth and loving nature will be profoundly missed by her family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a Wake on July 28, 2025, at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas Allene, beginning at 7:15 PM. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 29, 2025, at The Exciting Singing Hills Baptist Church, commencing at 11:00 AM.
