JAMES WILLIS KNIGHT

James Willis Knight, born on August 16, 1954, in Dallas, Texas, at Parkland Memorial Hospital, has left us to join the realm beyond on June 18, 2025. A dedicated member of the community, he worked in the sanitation industry for many years, contributing to the well-being and cleanliness of his beloved city.

James received his education from the Dallas Independent School District and established himself as a respected figure within the local workforce. His endeavors in the sanitation industry showcased his strong work ethic and commitment to serving others.

In his personal life, James was deeply loved by his family. He is survived by his devoted spouse, Pearlene Wiggins Knight, and his sister, Lula Knight, along with a host of other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory and uphold his legacy.

The family invites those who wish to pay their respects to a Prayer Service to be held on June 27, 2025, at 7:15 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (Allene), located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. The Funeral Service will follow on June 28, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM at the same location.

James Willis Knight will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and the lasting impact he made on the lives of those around him. May he rest in peace.
