Joe Lonzo Bayson Jr. passed away on November 3, 2026, at the age of 42. Born on October 16, 1984, Joe will be remembered with love for his gentle spirit, his enjoyment of life, and the warmth he brought to those around him.
Joe was a graduate of Dallas Can Academy, and throughout his life he carried a quiet, kind nature that made him easy to love. He was a gentle teddy bear at heart, someone who loved to have fun and share good moments with the people in his life. His calm presence and caring way left a lasting impression on family and friends.
He had a deep love for sports—truly all sports—and he especially cheered for the Dallas Cowboys. Among those who knew him best, Joe was regarded as the family sports commentator, always ready with an opinion, an observation, or a spirited conversation about the latest game. He also loved music and enjoyed playing the drums, bringing rhythm and energy to the things he loved.
Joe will be remembered for the joy he found in simple pleasures, for the enthusiasm he brought to sports and music, and for the quiet strength of his personality. His memory will remain a cherished part of the lives he touched.
