She was preceded in death by her father Clifton Rowlett Sr., mother Estella Marie Rowlett, sister Dorthel Preston, sister Joyce Wilson, brother Royce Rowlett, and sister Patsy Rowlett. Their memories will forever be cherished alongside Jolean's own.

She is survived by her loving children Stephanie McNeil, Tracie Racian Broadnax, Stacie Dacian Sholar, and Ovie Dacian Thomas Jr., as well as brother Clifton Rowlett Jr. During this difficult time of grief and loss, may they find solace in the memories they shared and the love that Jolean bestowed upon them.
