JONATHAN BRASWELL

On July 27, 2021, Jonathan Braswell, loving son, brother, father, and grandfather, transitioned into his forever resting place.

John was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina to a loving family and surround by village of relatives.

He received his associate degree from the Tarrant County Community College before he went to work for star telegram newspaper for years in Fort Worth until he found his passion for trains. That passion for being a train engineer lasted for years where he received several service awards.

John had a passion for cars and fine clothing.

His collection of cars was much admired by friends and family, but also by all who frequented the lakes where his cars and style were displayed.

He was known for his infectious smile, and his kind and generous spirit.

His celebration of life includes the apple of his eye, his children and grandchildren.

Jonathan “Gary” will forever be remembered and cherished by his children Jassmine Braswell, Jonathan Braswell Jr., and Jada Braswell.
