J T WILLIAMS

J.T. Williams, Jr. was born on March 10, 1952 in Corsicana, TX to J.T. Williams, Sr. and Heloise. Mrs. Christine Whitfield-Griffin (George), grandmother, also later aided in nurturing and raising "Lil J.T." as she'd call him in Ennis, TX.

J.T. Williams, Jr. was united in holy matrimony to Geneva Brown of Delhi, LA at the age of 21 in 1973. Together they bore and nurtured a daughter, Aquilla Tyese Williams (Ernest) in Dallas, TX. Mr. Williams in his adult life career consisted of Southwest Airlines and American Airlines in Dallas, TX. He enjoyed traveling, playing his bass guitar as he was a big fan of Parliament-Funkadelic primarily headed by his favorite musicians, George Clinton and Bootsie Collins. He also enjoyed watching westerns, movies and laughing. J.T. was a non-denominational Christian believer.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his daughters, Renee Richardson (Darron) of Red Oak, Texas and Aquilla Miller of Tallulah, LA; six grandchildren, Britt Williams, Dantrail Richardson, Darius Richardson, Briana Richardson of Red Oak, TX, Jairus Tyray Miller and Jaiden Ashtonn Miller of Tallulah, LA; one great granddaughter, Neaveh; siblings, Jewel Marie, Barbara, Marilyn, Marie; and very close longtime friend, Ms. Hannah Williams with whom he resided with until his illness.
