Kenneth Cook, a beloved carpenter, loving family man, and cherished member of the Dallas community, passed away peacefully in Dallas, Texas on July 6, 2025, at the age of 66. Born in Dallas on January 24, 1959, Kenneth exemplified a spirit of dedication and warmth that touched the lives of many.
A master craftsman by trade, Kenneth devoted himself to his career as a carpenter, where his skills and craftsmanship contributed to numerous projects throughout the region. Known for his jovial personality, Kenneth was not only respected for his work but also adored for his sense of humor and generosity. His family often remarked on his ability to bring laughter and joy into their lives.
Kenneth had a profound love for his family, which he considered one of his proudest accomplishments. His commitment to family values resonated with everyone who knew him. He was a guiding light for his loved ones, embodying the qualities of a true family man.
In addition to his professional endeavors and family life, Kenneth enjoyed various hobbies and interests. An avid gambler, he could often be found enjoying games of dominoes and cards, always ready for some friendly competition. He was a passionate sports fan, proudly supporting the Dallas Cowboys and the L.A. Lakers, and his enthusiasm for these teams was infectious.
Kenneth’s legacy will continue to live on through the numerous lives he touched throughout his journey. A visitation will be held on July 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. A funeral service celebrating his life will take place the following day, July 12, 2025, from 1:00 PM at the same location.
