KERRY LYNN GENTRY

KERRY LYNN GENTRY, born on February 21, 1966, entered into eternal rest on December 27, 2025. He was a devoted husband, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of many with his kindness and strength.

Kerry was distinguished by his soft-spoken demeanor and laid-back approach to life. Known as a deep thinker, he possessed a rare ability to listen attentively and offer the support and wisdom that those around him needed. A dedicated family man, Kerry exemplified the qualities of a gentle giant, always standing as a protector for his loved ones. His unwavering trustworthiness and hard work made him not just an overachiever in his professional endeavors but also a pillar of strength in his community.

Kerry will be fondly remembered for his compassion and the warmth he brought into the lives of those he encountered. His legacy will undoubtedly live on through the memories cherished by family and friends.

A viewing will be held in his honor on January 11, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. The funeral service will take place the following day, January 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Phillips Missionary Baptist Church, also located in Dallas.
