Kevin Mathew Langston, affectionately known to all as Matt, left this world too soon on October 24, 2025, at the age of 45. Born in the heart of Euless on January 7, 1980, he graced us with his presence—a vibrant soul whose laughter and spirit radiated warmth and kindness.

Matt possessed a unique charm that drew people in; in times when others were in need of solace, Matt had an uncanny ability to conjure laughter, reminding us all of the power of humor and connection. His bright smile could light up the darkest of days. He was active and fun-loving, a devoted father who found joy in life's simplest pleasures, particularly when playing with his beloved children. His love for family was immeasurable, and his friendships were filled with laughter and camaraderie that sparked joy for everyone around him.

Truly a man of many passions, Matt had a fascination with guns and cars that inspired conversations and adventures alike. He cherished watching sports and could often be found rallying at the television with friends or at the games, sharing in the victories and defeats, his enthusiasm infectious. His penchant for storytelling would captivate those gathered around as he recollected the thrill of an exhilarating race or a well-played game.

Matt’s loyal bulldog was always by his side, sharing the many moments of joy that life had to offer. He was a true companion to his furry friend, reflecting the same unwavering loyalty that he reserved for his friends and family.

In reflecting upon his life, we cannot overlook the weight of loss felt by those who survive him—including his cherished wife, children, family and friends who will all carry his spirit forward. However, Matt now joins his father and sister in their heavenly home.

The echo of Matt's laughter, the warmth of his hugs, and the kindness of his heart will forever be woven into the fabric of those who knew him.
