LASHAY MARIE CASTLEBERRY

Lashay Marie Castleberry passed away on June 20, 2026, leaving a legacy defined by her vibrant presence and the lasting impression she made on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Born on April 6, 1991, in Fort Worth, Texas, Lashay’s journey began and ended in her beloved hometown, the place where she touched many lives with her warmth, kindness, and genuine spirit.

During her 35 years, Lashay was a beacon of light for her community.  It is clear that her life was one of connection and meaning, remembered fondly by those around her. Her dedication to friends, family, and neighbors stood as a testament to the way she valued each relationship in her life, often spending time traveling, shopping and eating at different restaurants.

Loved ones are invited to gather and honor Lashay’s memory at her funeral service, which will be held at Spirit of Truth C.O.G.I.C., located at 5606 Geddes Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76107, on June 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The community will have the opportunity to pay their last respects and celebrate the life she so fully lived. The burial will follow at Skyvue Memorial Gardens, on Highway 1187 in Mansfield.

As we mourn the passing of Lashay Marie Castleberry, we also reflect with gratitude on the time shared with her. Though her physical presence is no longer with us, the memory of her warmth and kindness will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace.
