LUGENIA BROADNAX, a radiant soul whose presence illuminated the lives of many, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025. Born on July 15, 1958, Lugenia was a beacon of love and joy, embodying a spirit that was truly loving, caring, and happy.

Lugenia had an innate ability to uplift those around her, showering friends and family with kindness and unwavering support. Her laughter was contagious, and her warmth enveloped all who were fortunate enough to know her. She cherished each moment spent with her loved ones, creating memories that will be etched in their hearts forever.

A celebration of Lugenia's life will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, where loved ones can gather to pay their respects. The viewing will take place on June 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, followed by a moving prayer service at 7:15 PM. The funeral service will be held on June 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Calvary Philidelphia Missionary Baptist Church, creating a sacred space for reflection on the profound impact Lugenia had on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
