MARVIN DEWAYNE REED, a dedicated construction worker and a cherished member of the community, passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on April 20, 1960, Marvin was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to the projects he undertook throughout his career.

Having completed his high school education, Marvin entered the construction industry, where he worked with determination and skill. His craftsmanship and attention to detail earned him the respect of his peers and clients alike, and he took great pride in contributing to the growth and development of the places where he worked.

Marvin's presence touched the lives of many, and enduring spirit will be remembered with fondness by those who knew him. His life was a testament to hard work and resilience, and he leaves behind a legacy that will inspire future generations.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on April 25, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. The funeral service will take place the following day, April 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Warren United Methodist Church, located at 3028 South Malcolm X Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75215.
