MARY LEE FRAZIER-JIMERSON

Jul 8, 1958 — Jul 16, 2026

DESOTO, TX

Mary Lee Jimerson, née Frazier, graced the world with her presence from July 8, 1958, until July 16, 2026. Born in Texarkana, Arkansas, and passing peacefully in Dallas, Texas, she leaves behind a legacy filled with love, generosity, and enduring bonds that touched the hearts of all who knew her.

Mary’s story began in the warm embrace of her family in Texarkana, Arkansas, where she lived until 1963, when her family relocated to Dallas, Texas, and joined Allen Chapel Baptist Church soon afterwards, where she was a dedicated member until adulthood. She shared a close connection with her parents, Perry Lee Frazier and Mary Earl Frazier, both of whom preceded her in death and surely welcomed their beloved daughter with open arms.

Throughout her life, Mary nurtured deep relationships and became the loving heart of her family. Her unwavering devotion to her three sons, Willie Dejuan Frazier, Victor Frazier II, and Tyrone Frazier, was evident in every word, every act, and every sacrifice she made. Mary built a home filled with laughter, comfort, and understanding—a sanctuary where family always came first. Mary was a dedicated employee and hard worker, often juggling more than one job at a time to provide for her boys.

Mary delighted in her role as grandmother, showering Anthony, Willie II, Ethan, Zoe, Tyrone Jr., Kaidyn, Jazmin, Marquis, and Ah-nyla with affection and wisdom. Their lives are brighter for her gentle guidance and unyielding love, and they will carry her lessons and memory forward for generations to come.

Those who survive Mary also include her daughter-in-law, Elzina Frazier, brother, Victor Frazier, and his wife, Edith; as well as her nieces Natalie, Patrice, and Colby, and her nephews Corey and his wife, Tramesia, and Caleb. Her Aunt Olivia Robinson and her husband, Willie, cousin Tina and her husband Anthony, as well as loving and supportive family friend, Mary Jane Anderson, and dear friend Vivian remained at her side, sharing in the joys and sorrows of life with steadfast loyalty. Mary’s extended family was a tapestry woven from many threads—each bond cherished and treasured.

Though Mary has joined dearly missed loved ones—her sister Elizabeth Sandifer, niece Stacey Sandifer, aunts Elizabeth Porter and Amanda Jeffries—her memory will forever live in the hearts of those she leaves behind. She was revered not only as a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend, but also as a beacon of strength and hope to all who drew near.
