MARY RICHARDSON

Mary Richardson, born on March 30, 1965, in San Jose, CA, departed this world on February 18, 2026, in Dallas, TX. She led a vibrant life that echoed her adventurous spirit and generous heart, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. A proud graduate of North Grand Prairie High School, Mary's pursuit of happiness knew no bounds, and she thrived in a career with American Airlines, where her passion for travel took flight.

In every aspect of her life, Mary exemplified what it meant to be a free spirit. She never met a stranger; in her presence, one immediately felt the warmth of friendship and camaraderie. Her outgoing nature was complemented by a kindness that made her a mother figure to many, nurtured through her natural inclination to share and support others. She relished in the moments spent shopping, indulging in all that life had to offer, and punctuated her days with routine visits to the salon, loving the joy of well-groomed hair and nails.

To her family, Mary was a pillar of strength and love. She is survived by her devoted husband, Reginald Richardson; her beloved mother, Sally Perales; her cherished sons, Chris Perales, Harvey Perales, and Julis Perales; and her treasured daughters, Misty Perales, Natasha Hugh, and Jessica Perales. She was a grandmother to twelve grandchildren and a proud great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren, a role that brought her immeasurable joy and fulfillment.

As she journeys into the great beyond, Mary is lovingly remembered by those who knew her best. Her late brother, Johnny Perales, father, John Perales, and granddaughter, Brooklyn Perales, await her in the embrace of eternity, their bonds unbroken by time or distance.

A service celebrating Mary's life will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on February 27, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by a prayer service that evening from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will take place the following day, February 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM, concluding at 4:00 PM.

Mary Richardson remains forever etched in the hearts of many as a beacon of love, laughter, and life. Her legacy lives on through her family, who carry forward her spirit of generosity and joy, reminding us all to cherish each moment and spread love endlessly, just as she did.
