On July 30, 2025, surrounded by memories woven with joy, McKinley departed this world in Arlington, Texas, leaving behind a rich tapestry of warmth and love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

From his early days, McKinley was a beacon of light, his humor enchanting all who crossed his path. A smile seemed perpetually painted on his face, mirroring the infectious laughter that followed him like a loyal shadow. He possessed an uncanny ability to uplift spirits with a single well-timed joke or an unexpected hug, gifting those in his presence a moment of respite and elation. In every gathering, whether a small reunion or a large affair, he was often found at the center, spreading joy and making connections that felt like family.

His dedication to embracing life and those around him created a beautiful community of friends drawn to his good nature and unwavering kindness. As we gather to honor McKinley’s remarkable life, a Prayer Service will be held at the Golden Gate Funeral Home - Ft. Worth on August 8, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM, followed by his Funeral Service the next day, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, where we will share stories, tears, and smiles, all fitting tributes to a man who brought so much happiness to our lives.

Though he has bid farewell to this earthly realm, McKinley Menefee Jr. leaves an indelible mark upon our hearts—a reminder that love, laughter, and a hug can change our world in ways we may never truly understand.
