It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of MICHAEL WAYNE GILLIAM, who departed this life on October 28, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. Born on May 19, 1958, in Dallas, he lived a full and impactful life, characterized by dedication and service.

Michael was a proud supervisor for Hemps, where he contributed his knowledge and expertise to his work, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues. His commitment to excellence in his career was matched only by his pursuit of knowledge, culminating in the achievement of his bachelor's degree.

He is survived by his beloved spouse, Colleen Logan Davis-Gilliam, with whom he shared many cherished moments. Together, they created a life filled with love and support for one another.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on November 8, 2025, at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. The service will begin at 3:00 PM, with the gathering continuing until 4:00 PM. This occasion will provide family and friends an opportunity to honor and reflect on Michael's life and the indelible mark he left on their hearts.

Michael Wayne Gilliam will be remembered for his kindness, his dedication to his work, and the love he shared with those around him. His legacy lives on in the memories of all who were fortunate to know him.
